Holiday Choir Concert

The Central Lakes College Choirs will present “On With the Snow,” a free holiday concert directed by Michelle Sakry-Winkelman at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 in Chalberg Theatre.

Featured performers include Magdalena Unger of Pillager as a flutist and member of a vocal trio; Hannah McQueen, Pequot Lakes; Danica Karli, Winona; Michael Hofstrand, Deerwood; Stephanie Fremstad, Nisswa; and Rachel Pierson, Jenkins.

Sarah Gorham Cohoes accompanies the vocalists on some of the songs. The CLC Brass Ensemble will accompany the concert-closing audience sing-along of favorite carols.

The concert features the Cantare Concert Chorale, Cantare Women’s Ensemble, and Chamber Singers, and the trio of Fremstad, Pierson, and Unger.

Participants are encouraged to bring a campus food shelf donation to this free concert. A reception with refreshments follows in the theater lobby.
